Who We Are
GammaQ was founded by Chief Investment Officer Todd Delay in 2006. Todd and the Firm’s Principals have a combined 60+ years of commodity investing experience along with strong physical commodity trading backgrounds. Additionally, the CIO has substantial major cattle farm and feedlot owner/operator experience, which provides critical insight into the supply and demand of individual markets.
Investment Approach
We employ a discretionary absolute return strategy that applies deep fundamental analysis to the movement of grain, livestock, and soft commodities and the mechanisms that price them. GammaQ combines both directional and relative value investments to best express thematic views derived from the macroeconomic analysis and impact on pricing inefficiencies across the commodity complex.
